Q: How do I know if an Item is in stock?A: Each product page will tell you in a product is in stock or out of stock. Every effort is made to ensure quanities and descriptions on the website is true and accurate. If at anytime a product becomes unavailable you will be contacted as soon as possible. Q: What do the coloured basket icons mean?A: The coloured buttons enable you at a glance to see the status of an item. The Green Icon means that the item is in stock and available to order.
A Grey Icon means that the item is out of stock but will come back into stock at one point or another.
This Red Icon means that an item is out of stock and it has been retired. It will no longer be available.
A Yellow Icon means that this is an pre order item. The item is not in stock but is expected soon.
The Blue Icon means that the item is coming soon. When we know the delivery date of a coming soon item it will change to a pre order icon, which means you can pre order the item by adding it to your online shopping basket.Q: Can I order out of stock items to be delivered at a later date?A: Utterly Horses often offers items for sale before release and or offers you the chance to order an out of stock item (which is returning back into stock at a later date). You can place an order for one of these items in the same way you would for anything else. We won't charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch the order to you. How do I do this?A: The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation. Q: What is the Pre Order option on some items? A: We offer our customers the ability to pre order certain items before they are in stock. You can place an order for one of these items in the same way you would for anything else. We won't charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch the order to you. Pre ordered items placed on an order with in stock items will carry a seperate delivery charge.
Q: I add something to my shopping basket but it says it is empty? A: Please make sure that cookies on your computer are enabled for use on the Utterly Horses website. This should solve the problem.
Q: Can you giftwrap my order?
A: We are happy to offer a gift-wrapping service at £3.95, for up to 3 items. Your gift will arrive at its destination beautifully wrapped with a greeting card hand-written with a message of your choice. We like to wrap all our gifts in a way that makes anyone smile… absolutely gorgeous! If you would like to use this service, please remember to inform us what the gift is for (i.e. a birthday) together with your message for the card when selecting the giftwrap option on the checkout.
